Getting the best products in this box was our number one priority and that’s why we enlisted the help of Dr Ella Russell who is a GP & Menopause Specialist. So, not only will you get a box of amazing products, but you will also get information on how they can help support you. Sound good? Great, well take a look below!

What is in the box and why?

  • Baylis & Harding Goodness Lavender and Bergamot Sleep Pillow Mist 100ml

  • The M Word: Everything You Need to Know About the Menopause by Philippa Kaye

  • Fighter Shots Cold Pressed Ginger + Marine Collagen (60ml)

  • Myrtle and Maude Organic Menopause Tea

  • Hair Gain nourishing miracle treatment (50ml)

  • Deliciously Ella – Vegan and Gluten Free Hazelnut Nut Butter Ball.

Sleep Spray: interrupted zzz’s are a common problem in the menopause. Sleep sprays that contain bergamot, lavender, and chamomile are a sweet-smelling way to aid restful sleep because these all have calming effects on the mind and body. Time to get spritzing!

Hair mask treatment: you may notice unwanted changes to your locks during menopause. However, regular treatments which infuse moisture will help prevent hair breakage and replenish dry, irritated scalps, all of which promotes healthy hair (phew!).

Snacks: snack attacks may strike during the menopause especially if you’re feeling tired. When snacking, try looking for healthy options rather than the sugary ones. Snacks that contain lots of healthy fats can help support cardiovascular health, stabilise blood sugars and reduce cravings – and they are yummy too!

Fighter Shots: collagen production declines during the menopause which means you can see changes to skin elasticity and plumpness. Marine collagen is great for promoting healthy skin (hair, nails and bones too). So, wherever you can try topping up that supply.

Tea: when hot flushes descend it can be problematic. Ingredients such as red clover, sage and hawthorn have all been shown to help reduce hot flushes and sweats. So why not put the kettle on and give this tea a try to help keep them at bay.

Book: a problem shared is a problem halved so the saying goes. We know that navigating the perimenopause and menopause can be overwhelming and unsettling at times so hearing about other women’s experiences and learning from them can help you feel supported. So why not give this positive, uplifting and informative menopause book a try, we promise it’ll have you laughing too.
