Getting the best products in this box was our number one priority and that’s why we enlisted the help of Dr Kate Mason who is a Clinical Psychologist. So, not only will you get a box of amazing products, but you will also get information on how they can help you to Connect! Sound good? Great, well take a look below!

What is in the box and why?

  • Dolly Purrton Music Cats 100 Piece Puzzle by Galison Mudpuppy

  • Spark Connection: 50 ways to build community and bond by Chronicle Books

  • Raw Halo Vegan Dark & Pink Himalayan Salts Chocolate Bar (70g)

  • Bluff It by Ridleys Games

  • Knock Knock Hand Lettered Sticky Thank You Notes

  • Forest Feast Slow Roasted Nut Mix 120g

Games: playing games are a fun way to connect. They bring people together, encourage laughter and playful competition, all of which promotes the release of oxytocin (AKA the love hormone) which helps you bond with the people around you.

Jigsaws: solving a puzzle with someone gives you a shared focus and as a “Brucey bonus” – it’s also a calming activity too! The bonus is important because when you feel calm, you’re more likely to engage in conversation/chit chat/small talk - a key building block for connecting with people.

Sharing Snack Bags: sharing snacks is a tasty way to build a connection. When people eat together it makes them feel closer and as an added bonus our snacks, which include nuts and dark chocolate, are natural mood boosting foods too! So don’t sacrifice a snack, tuck in to a treat together!

Messages of Kindness: showing kindness to others is a great way to engage with people and boost your own feelings of wellbeing. So, leaving kindness notes will not only brighten someone else’s day but it has been shown to increase self-esteem, empathy and compassion, while boosting your mood. What better reason do you need to start handing those out?

Connection ideas: connections come in many different forms. Sometimes all we need is a little inspiration as to how we can build more, or better connections to boost our wellbeing. So, your task is to see how many of these you can tick off.
